The actual manufacturer of your purchase will depend on what it is.

Artwork Products

All the artwork products are made by Contrado and their shipping policy is as follows:

Contrado - Shipping and Delivery

At Contrado they focus on product quality, great service and speedy delivery. Thanks to their own one-stop production facility, they dispatch many products within 24 hours of receiving the order. This is because all of their staff and production capabilities are in the same building, ensuring each product is printed and manufactured to the company’s long-established high standards. Production times vary according to each product detailed on its product page and add shipping time on top. Delivery does not have to be to billing address which is great for ensuring acceptance of the parcel or sending gifts. Contrado does not count weekends or public holidays as production days.

UK Delivery

Contrado uses Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. That is their standard service and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart. Royal Mail delivers 94% of their orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Their standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays. The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), they use UK couriers. They deliver the next business day and are a part of their standard service. If large or bulky to non-UK mainland destination, there may be a remote or over water surcharge in the shopping basket.

Customs Tax / Duty

Contrado is also happy to offer worldwide shipping to most countries, however the customs tax/duty liabities will depend on where they are shipping to.
