Contrado are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because everything at Contrado Imaging Ltd. is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, their quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let them know. If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within a strict 14 days period.

Return it in its original packaging – including the dispatch note. You will need to for returning the package.

Upon receiving the product, their production team will scan the package which triggers a ticket with the customer team who will ask you what you want to do: replace or refund you.
